The first stage
The first stage would be for us to work with your engineers, designers and/or architects to understand your project and your goals. Once we have a detailed understanding of your objectives we can then get to work.
The next stage
The next stage is to set up and pour the concrete slabs, after which we finish these with either a power float or a channel float finish. The floors will then be sprayed with a curing agent to ensure strength, before a saw is cut through it. The external concrete floorings can have different finishes such as a brush finish, tamp finish or a combed finish.
Internal and external flooring
For both the internal and external flooring the concrete is distributed from concrete wagons. Each type of finish has its own benefits and we can advise you on these if you need advice as to what would be right for your business.

Channel drains and accessories
The main purpose of a channel drain is to remove surface water away from a selected area. This helps to prevent flooding and overspilling.

Ride on concrete power float trowel
A power trowel, also known as a power float, is a piece of construction equipment used to apply a smooth finish to concrete slabs. There are two types power trowels, ride on power trowels and walk-behind power trowels. A ride on power trowel is used with an operator sitting on a seat and controlling the power trowel.

Laser screed
A laser screed machine helps to both level and vibrate the concrete in your flooring. The on board technology means that it is able to deliver a smoother, more level surface on our concreting projects, especially across large spaces. A laser screed machine can determine the correct elevation height for a concrete floor and produce an accurate finish.
Husqvarna FS350 G Floor Saw
The Husqvarna FS350 G Floor Saw is a very competent all-round petrol floor saw.
The FS350 features low hand arm vibration and also an adjustable handle. The machines versatile design allows it to cope with a multitude of tasks, making it ideal for cutting concrete slabs, asphalt reinstatement jobs or even electrical cable laying by utilising Husqvarna’s latest slot cutting blades. The large integral water tank keeps dust under control when sawing concrete and other high dust materials.
